To access NCH Client Portal, you will need to log in using your registered e-mail address and password.
If this is your first-time login, or if you forgot your previously created password, please click on the “First time login? Forgot password?” link.
On the following screen, enter your registered e-mail address and click on [Reset Password] button:
First-time login:
Skip the next step and proceed to 4.
Forgotten password:
Enter last 4 digits of your account number with NCH for
verification.
Shortly after that, you will receive an e-mail from clientsupport@nchcapital.com with a verification code that you will need to enter on the following screen, together with your e-mail address and new password. Also, if you are logging in from secure environment or from personal device, please check the “Trust this device” box to avoid the verification step next time you log in.
The password needs to be entered twice and has several requirements designed to improve its security. These requirements are listed to the right of password text boxes, in red color.
Once requirements are met, color changes to green. Your new password is ready, you can click the [Sign in] button to access NCH Client Portal.
Every time you log in from a new device, you will receive an e-mail from clientsupport@nchcapital.com with a verification code. Please enter it on the following screen and only check the “Trust this device” box if you are logging in from secure environment or from personal device.
